Today, I'm taking you behind the scenes of one of the most critical steps in inflatable production — SGS safety testing and certification. Every safe inflatable starts here.
Our inflatables are professionally tested by SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection, and certification company. Safety has always been at the core of Cheer Amusement®, which is why all inflatables are engineered to meet and exceed EN 14960-1:2019 international safety standards.
During the testing process, SGS engineer Joey conducts a full inspection, including:
• Inflatable height and dimensions
• Air pressure performance
• Evacuation capacity
• Structural stability and overall safety integrity
You’ll also see the load and pressure test, where the inflatable must remain stable while multiple people walk and jump on it — a key verification of durability, strength, and long-term reliability.
